To create your personalized 12" x 12" Grad Cap Shadow Box, please carefully package and mail the following items:

• Graduation cap (decorated or plain)

• Tassel

• Optional: Any SMALL keepsake items you’d like included (e.g., medals, cords, printed 4x6 photo, class pin, program, etc.)

• Include your full name, return address, email, and phone number inside the package.

• If you have specific layout preferences or a particular order you'd like the items displayed in, please include a note with instructions. Please write legibly.

• All items will be handled with care and returned within the completed shadow box.

Turnaround Time:
Please allow two weeks from the date we receive your items for assembly and completion of your custom shadow box.

We’ll notify you once your items arrive at our store and again when your shadow box is ready for shipment or pickup.
