Refund Policy for Physical Products


1. Refund Eligibility*
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
- The refund request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Sale or clearance items.

3. Refund Process**
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
1.Contact Us: Email accounts@studyhallonlineemporiumllc.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product, if applicable.
2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Resolution: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Instructions (If Required)
Some refunds may require the return of the product:
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable due to hygiene or personalization, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Bedding that has been opened or used.

General Notes on Services

  • Digital files included with the services (if applicable) cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds once accessed or downloaded.

*It is the customer's responsibility to check items upon arrival and act quickly if there's an issue. Requests made after the eligibility period will not be eligible for review. 
**Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the Returns and Refunds page, and then request a return.
Log into your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue."
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If you order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click "Submit request."
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
